can nothing produce something ? unlike rest of christianity, mormons say god didnt make everything out of nothing. so matter exists, so it must have always existed in some form for ever.
can non intelligence create intelligence ? according to evolution it can. I don't think it can so if intelligence exists then it must have again always existed in some form.
so Intelligence and matter combined gives us all the forms of life we see. No matter what athiests say they can't answer the simple questions of how it all started (does primordial soup give the answer? or a dot smaller than a full stop exploded to produce everything we see) so I think its reasonable to say the probability of their being a higher intelligence is much greater than everything evolved through chance
